Unpacking inspection

 

A. Equipment opening acceptance should be under the participation of relevant personnel. If there is A defect, serious corrosion or inconsistent with the design requirements, it should be replaced in time.

 

B. Check the box number, number and packing condition before unpacking.

 

C. After unpacking, the name, model, machine number and transmission mode of the equipment should be carefully checked according to the design drawings and the packing list of the equipment; Main dimensions of impeller, casing and other parts; Check whether the rotation direction of the impeller and the position and direction of the inlet and outlet meet the design requirements.

 

D. Check the technical documents, data, spare parts and special tools of the equipment and keep them properly.

 

E. The whole factory fan, air inlet and exhaust outlet should be covered by the cover plate, and should prevent dust and debris from entering.

 

F. Check whether the equipment has defects, surface damage and corrosion, etc.; Check the rust prevention of each processing surface of the exposed part of the fan; Check whether the impeller and the shell have friction, deformation or serious corrosion, damage, etc. In case of the above situation, the relevant units should be studied and dealt with.

 

G. After the equipment has been opened and accepted, fill in the field equipment open box record, and sign and accept with all parties, as

Foundation acceptance and release

 

A. Before the installation of the fan, it should be checked whether the equipment foundation meets the requirements of the size and model of the equipment according to the design drawings, product samples or the fan material.

 

B. The location, geometric size, concrete strength and quality of the equipment foundation shall meet the design requirements, and there shall be acceptance data. Debris and water in the foundation surface of the equipment and the reserved hole of the anchor bolt should be removed; The thread and nut of the embedded anchor bolt should be well protected.

 

C. Before the installation of the fan, the hemp surface should be showed out on the surface of the foundation, so that the secondary pouring concrete or cement mortar surface layer is closely combined with the foundation; The surface where the iron pad is placed should be chiseled flat.

 

D. Before the equipment is in place, draw the installation reference line according to the construction drawing and the axis or edge line and elevation line of the building; Determine the positioning datum, line or point for equipment alignment and leveling. If necessary, the central marker plate and reference point are buried.

 

Lifting equipment:

 

A. The horizontal transportation and vertical lifting of large fans should be equipped with A crane, set up A special person to command, and the use of machinery and ropes must meet the safety requirements. Horizontal transport generally adopts steel (wood) row, sleepers, roller, mechanical traction; Vertical lifting generally adopts hoisting equipment such as crane, chain reversing or hoist, pulley set.

 

B. When the fan is lifted and transported, the rope shall not be tied to the lifting lug of the upper cover of the rotor and the casing or the upper cover of the bearing.

 

Equipment cleaning and inspection:

 

A. When cleaning and inspecting the centrifugal assembly ventilator, the casing and bearing box should be dismantled, and the rotor, bearing box and bearing should be cleaned; However, the fan with direct transmission of impeller and motor can not be removed. The regulating mechanism should be clean and flexible.

 

B. The axial flow assembly ventilator should check whether the root of the blade is damaged, the fastening nut should not be loose, and the installation Angle of the adjustable blade should meet the requirements of the equipment technical documents. The vertical unit should clean the transmission, gear pair or worm gear pair.

 

Installation of vibration isolator:

 

A. There are two ways to install the fan directly on the foundation and on the vibration isolation device. Vibration isolator installation, in addition to the requirements of the ground level, should pay attention to each group of vibration isolators to bear the load of the compression should be uniform, not eccentric.

 

B. Protective measures should be taken after installation to prevent damage. If the force of each isolator is still uneven after installation, it should be moved to the appropriate position according to the actual situation.

 

C. The commonly used vibration isolators include spring vibration isolators and rubber vibration isolators, and their specifications, models and performance parameters should meet the design requirements. The installation method should refer to the product sample and general atlas.
