The fan assembly:
⑴ After the fan rotor assembly, it should meet the technical requirements in Table 5.
⑵ After the assembly of the fan rotor, the dynamic balance should be checked. The accuracy of dynamic balance is according to the national standard G6.3, and the dynamic balance standard in the wind appendix is detailed. ⑶ After the fan rotor is loaded into the shell, the position of the impeller in the shell and the gap between the impeller and the current collector should be adjusted. When the rotor is driven by hand or lever plate, there must be no rubbing part.
⑷ After the assembly of the fan, the alignment of the coupling and the motor coupling, the alignment of the standard air pump maintenance standard, the coupling section, after the alignment of the end, the fixed coupling bolt must be tightened diagonally, and the tightening moment is uniform.
⑸ After the final assembly, the qualified lubricating oil is added to the normal oil level, indicating the normal, the highest and the lowest oil level.
⑹ Install the protective cover of the coupling, clean the site, and prepare for test operation.
Oil level meter and cooling system:
⑴ The oil level meter should be clean and smooth, and no oil leakage should be allowed at the connection or shaft seal.
⑵ Lubricating oil should be clean and sufficient. The lubricating oil grade is selected according to the regulations.
⑶ Cooling water sleeve and serpentine pipe, discharge pipe, valve, funnel should be complete, unimpeded without leakage.
