Storage and safekeeping of parts

Precautions should be taken during the packaging and loading and unloading of fan parts to ensure the safe arrival of goods at the site. Careless handling during transportation, loading, unloading and installation can lead to serious damage to the goods, so great care must be taken in these operations.

The following preventive measures must be noted

(1) All parts should be stored on sleeplers and well ventilated.

(2) Impeller group, spindle, bearing and all loose parts, namely bolts, nuts, instruments must be stored under the isolation cover.

(3) When disposing of the shaft, the sling should be avoided on its surface, and the surface of the shaft must be avoided.

(4) It is necessary to arrange slings on both sides of the shaft to evenly distribute the load of the lifting group components, and use liners to prevent slings from damaging the shaft.

(5) Do not use the wheel cover, wheel disc and blade as the support of the impeller. When the impeller group is placed with the periphery as a fulcrum, the weight is borne by the wheel cover and wheel disc. After the impeller group is installed on the spindle, the rotor group can not use the periphery of the impeller as a fulcrum, and the suitable spindle bracket should be used.

(6) The fan shell group and air inlet are lifted by the lifting lug or rigging. The rigging is attached to the flange hole.

(7) The bearing box can be lifted by the lifting ring bolt connected to it or by the lifting hook.

Bearings are sealed before delivery, and when they need to be removed during on-site installation, they must be well protected during the entire installation process to prevent damage.
