Debug method
1. After the axial flow fan is installed, the flexibility of the fan rotation should be checked before starting, and whether there is clamping friction on the blade by hand. Check whether there are left things and other debris in the fan and adjacent pipes.
2. Check whether the damper in the pipeline is open.
3. Personnel should be away from the fan.
4. Start the fan, check whether the fan blade steering is consistent with the rotation mark. After the inspection is qualified, stop the trial operation after 10-30 minutes, check whether the blade is loose, whether the connection bolt between the vibration damping seat and the bottom is loose, and officially start and put into operation after everything is normal.
Run to check
When the axial fan is in operation, it mainly monitors the current of the motor. The current is not only a marker of the fan load, but also a forecast of some abnormal changes. In addition, it is necessary to often check whether the vibration of the motor and the fan is normal and whether there is friction and abnormal noise. For the fan running in parallel, attention should be paid to check whether the fan is running in the surge state. In normal operation, the machine should be stopped for testing in the following circumstances:
1. The axial fan produces strong vibration or rubbing sound;
2. The motor current rises suddenly and exceeds the rated current of the motor;
3. The temperature of motor bearing rises sharply.
