  •  the impeller did not find the balance after maintenance, resulting in the impeller imbalance;
  • the parts on the impeller are loose or the connecting parts are not tight;
  • Wear or corrosion of impeller.

 

The characteristics of vibration caused by rotor imbalance mainly include the following:

 

① the vibration value is the largest in the horizontal direction, and the axial direction is very small, and the vibration value of the impeller end bearing is greater than that of the motor end bearing;

② The vibration stability is good, and it is not sensitive to load changes;

③ The amplitude increased with the number of revolutions.


2. Vibration caused by abnormal rolling bearing

3. Vibration caused by insufficient stiffness of bearing pedestal foundation

 

Poor dynamic foundation grouting, loose anchor bolts, loose gaskets, corrosion and cracking of the frame and weak connection will cause severe forced resonance phenomenon. The characteristics of this vibration: the frame vibration at the problematic anchor bolt is the largest, and the radial component is the largest.

 

4. Vibration caused by abnormal coupling

 

The installation of the coupling is not correct, the elastic ring of the coupling is damaged, and the concentricity of the fan and the motor shaft is poor, which will cause the fan and motor vibration. The vibration characteristics are as follows:

① the vibration is uncertain, the vibration changes sharply with the load, the idling is light, the full load is large, the vibration stability is good;

② The larger the axis deviation, the greater the vibration;

③ The motor runs alone, and the vibration disappears.

 

5. Vibration caused by friction between dynamic and static parts
