10 points  for belt wheel replacement:

3. The belt wheel of the centrifugal fan is seriously worn and the phenomenon of losing and turning is obvious.

• Before replacing the belt of the centrifugal fan, the brake should be pulled off first, and the fan should be stopped before operation.
• Replacing the belt requires two people to work, and maintain a certain light intensity on the scene (usually with running lights, strong flashlights, etc.)
•  Loosen the positioning bolts on the base of the 4 motors with suitable spanner or open spanner (spanner is preferred).

4.Close to the regulation of motor rotor side top wire fixing device, puts forward adjusting motor side top silk, the regulation of spacing between the motor pulley and fan pulley as possible (if a adjust the spacing between pulley is not small, but puts forward motor side control device, continue to adjust, until the right).

5. If the motor belt is two, the outer belt is removed outward and removed from the smaller belt pulley. Use the inside of the three fingers of one hand to gently touch the lower side of the belt under the belt, and then force outward and turn the belt clockwise to remove it. The inner belt was removed medially.

6. If the motor belt wheel is multiple (three or more), the inner and outer sides of the belt removal method is the same as the two belt removal method, and the middle belt moves to both sides one by one slot distance. At the same time, they should respond quickly and evacuate their hands to a safe area in time.

7. In the process of demolition, two people are strictly forbidden to operate, and one person should operate and one person should be monitored on the spot.

8. When installing the belt wheel , first put the belt wheel on the corresponding larger pulley, use your finger to move the lower part of the belt, and install one by one.

9. Adjust the tightness of the belt. Loosen the adjusting positioning bolt on the surface cooler side of the motor. Fix the adjusting bolt on the side of the motor wind wheel, adjust the adjusting top wire, so that the distance between the belt wheels increases gradually.

10. Check the tightness of the belt. The standard is to press the center of the belt with your finger and press down 10-20mm, and the tightness of several belts is consistent.
