1. Bolt connection.

The common problems are mainly the concentricity difference between the shell and the rotor, the friction between the stator and the rotor, the too large bearing clearance or the rotor imbalance. 3. The current exceeds the standard.

In the process of Roots fan installation, current problems appear, among which the problem of excess current is more common. The main causes are: the motor power is too large, the power line has a high resistance and the power supply phase is insufficient. There are three reasons for the pump overcurrent. Rotor and shell friction, clothing into the pump body, bearing is damaged.
