The open box inspection of the fan shall meet the following requirements:

1. The parts, components and accessories of the fan should be counted according to the equipment installation list and should be complete.

2. The main installation dimensions of impeller, casing and other parts should be consistent with the design.

3. The inlet and outlet (or Angle) of the fan should be consistent with the design, and the rotation direction of the impeller and the direction of the stator guide blade should be consistent with the specifications of the equipment technical documents.

4. The processing surface of the exposed part of the fan should be free of corrosion; The impeller and shaft neck of the rotor, the tooth surface of the gear and the shaft neck of the gear shaft and other main parts and important parts of the components should be free from damage and obvious deformation.

5. The whole factory fan, air inlet and exhaust outlet should be covered by cover plate. Dust and debris should be prevented from entering.
 

The handling and hoisting of the fan shall meet the following requirements:

1. When handling and hoisting the whole factory fan, the rope shall not be tied to the rotor and the upper cover of the casing or the lifting lug of the upper cover of the bearing.

2. The binding of the disassembled fan rope shall not damage the surface of the machine; The shaft neck of the rotor and gear should not be used as a binding part, and the lifting of the rotor and the casing should be kept level.

3. The rotor and gear should not be placed directly on the ground to roll and move

4. The fan shall be cleaned and inspected according to the following requirements before assembly

5. The exposed processing surface, assembly matching surface, sliding surface, pipelines, oil tanks and containers of the equipment should be cleaned clean, and the assembly parts that have been assembled by the factory may not be dismantled and washed. The cleaning method and cleanliness inspection should conform to the current national standard "General Code for Construction of mechanical equipment installation Engineering".

6. The pipelines of lubrication, honey sealing, hydraulic pressure and cooling system should be cleaned, and the tightness test should be carried out according to the relevant regulations, and there should be no leakage.
