1. Use centrifugal fan dust removal device:

2, centrifugal fan blade surface and structure changes:

The surface of the centrifugal fan blade can be treated by some appropriate methods, such as spraying hard alloy, carburizing, gluing ceramic sheet, plasma surface and so on. These treatment methods can increase the surface hardness of the blade to a certain extent, so that the wear resistance of the blade is reduced by changing the surface structure of the centrifugal fan blade. Hollow blade can be changed to solid blade, blade welding with anti-wear block, blade work. The surface is machined into a serrated shape.

3. The surface of centrifugal fan is sprayed with wear-resistant coating:

This method is a simple way to prevent wear of the centrifugal fan. It is not only simple to operate, but also inexpensive. The disadvantage is that the lining of the centrifugal fan wears quickly, and it is necessary to respray the wear-resistant lining on the surface of the centrifugal fan frequently, about once every 3-5 months.

4. Anti-wear cascade before centrifugal fan:

Installing the cascade in the easy wear part of the centrifugal fan can prevent the particles from flowing to the root of the blade and the back plate, so that the concentrated wear of the particles becomes uniform wear, thereby improving the wear resistance of the impeller and extending the service life of the impeller.
