Introduction:
Roots positive displacement three lobe roots blower pneumatic conveying used for Sewage treatment. The compressor relies on synchronous gears at the shaft end of the rotor to keep the two rotors engaged. The curved surface of each concave part of the rotor and the inner wall of the cylinder constitute the working volume, in the rotary process of the rotor from the suction port to take away the gas, when moved to the vicinity of the exhaust port and the exhaust port connected with the instantaneous, because of the higher pressure of gas reflux, then the pressure in the working volume suddenly increased, and then the gas is transported to the exhaust channel. The two rotors do not contact each other, and the gap between them is tightly controlled to achieve sealing, so the gas discharged is not polluted by lubricating oil.

Roots air blower difference with centrifugal fan is big:
⒈ The working principle is different. The centrifugal fan uses curve blades, and the gas is thrown to the housing by centrifugal force, and the Roots fan uses two figure 8 blades, the gap between them is very small, and the gas is squeezed to the outlet by the extrusion of two blades.
⒉ Because of the different working principle, the general pressure of their work is different, the air pressure of Roots fan is higher, and the centrifugal fan is smaller.
⒊ Air volume is different. General Roots fan is used in places where the air volume requirement is not large but the pressure requirement is high, and centrifugal fan is used in places where the pressure requirement is low and the air volume requirement is large.
The manufacturing accuracy is not the same. Roots fan requires high accuracy and strict assembly requirements, while centrifugal fan is relatively loose.
