Double inlet centrifugal fan is mainly used in hotel, the venue, cinemas and theatres, workshops and other places of ventilated take a breath, medium temperature is not more than 80 ℃, shall not contain emplastic and corrosive, explosive, flammable gas, also can choose other similar performance, when conveying inflammable, explosive, corrosive gas, please contact the production units.
 
The fan adopts double suction intake structure, usually the machine number is 6E, 8E, 10E, 12E, 14E, 16E, 20E.
 
The fan can be made into two forms of right rotation or left rotation, from one side of the pulley to the other side of the pulley impeller, clockwise rotation is called the right rotation fan, represented by "right"; Conversely, it is called a left cyclone and is indicated by "left".
 
The position of the air outlet of the fan is expressed by the Angle of the air outlet of the casing. It is usually designed with a single Angle of 0°, 90° and 180°. When the user needs to use other outlet angles, it can be designed and produced for you separately.
 
Second, the structure of
 
Fan oil night road, casing, air inlet, bearing seat, motor and other components, with compact structure, easy installation, easy maintenance and other characteristics.
 
Night road -- consists of two impellers with different rotation directions, each impeller has 10 airfoil blades and curved front disks, static and dynamic balance correction and overspeed operation experiments, the unit runs smoothly and reliably.
 
Casing -- a cochlear shell welded from a steel plate with a bearing bracket and a frame.
 
Air inlet - the steel plate is made of arc conical flow channel.
 
Bearing housing - participates in the double row centripetal spherical bearing, and is lubricated with calcium sodium base grease.
 
Main faults and causes of fan
 
1. Severe vibration of bearing box
 
The fan shaft is not parallel to the motor shaft. Casing or air inlet and impeller friction, The foundation stiffness is not firm:

•  Loose impeller rivet or impeller deformation;
• The impeller shaft disc and shaft are loose, or the coupling bolt is loose;
• See fish support, bearing box and bracket, bearing box cover and seat connection bolt loose;
• Poor installation of fan inlet and outlet pipes;
• Rotor imbalance;
• Fan blade wear.

2. Bearing temperature rise is too high
 
① Severe vibration of bearing box.
② Lubricating oil is of poor quality, deteriorated, containing too much dust, sand, dirt and other impurities;
③ the tight force of the bearing box cover and seat connection bolt is too large or too small;
④ the circumferential and rolling bearing installation is skewed, and the two bearings before and after are different;
⑤ Rolling bearing damage
 
3. Motor current is too large or temperature rise is too high
 
① When driving, the inlet pipe to the gate or throttle valve is not closed tightly;
② the flow exceeds the specified value;
③ the density of the gas transported by the fan is too large or viscous;
④ Motor input voltage is too low or power single-phase power outage;
⑤ leather ring too tight or uneven gap;
⑥ Affected by the severe vibration of the bearing box.
