Normal use and precautions of the ventilator:
 
The vibration of the fan bearing area when start working is very small, but as the lengthen of time running, the fan inside the dust will be attached to the impeller uneven, undermine the dynamic balance of the fan, the bearing vibration increase gradually, once the maximum allowed by the fan vibration 11 mm/s (with amplitude value indicates the maximum allowed below). The fan must be shut down for repair (remove dust accumulation and redo dynamic balance). Because this is very dangerous, the user must not be forced to use. When the fan vibration is close to the dangerous value, the vibration measuring instrument will alarm.
 
The maximum allowable value of fan bearing vibration is:
 
When the bearing vibration speed is effectively displayed, it is 11mm/s.
When displayed with bearing amplitude, it is the following value:
 
Motor synchronous speed is 3000 RPM/min: the maximum allowable value is: 0.1mm (double amplitude) Motor synchronous speed is 1500 RPM/min: the maximum allowable value is 0.2mm (double amplitude) Motor synchronous speed is 1000 RPM/min: the maximum allowable value is 0.31mm (double amplitude) motor synchronous speed is 750 RPM/min: Maximum allowable value is: 0.4mm (double amplitude) Motor synchronous speed is 600 RPM/min: maximum allowable value is 0.5mm (double amplitude) Motor synchronous speed is 500 RPM/min: maximum allowable value is 0.6mm (double amplitude)
 
When the bearing temperature of the fan is normal, it is ≤70℃. If it rises to 70℃, the electric control should (will) alarm. At this time, we should find the reason, first check whether the cooling water is normal? Is the bearing oil level normal? If the cause can not be found for a while, the bearing temperature rises rapidly to 90 ° C, and the electric control should (will) send out an alarm and stop signal again.
 
In the process of starting, stopping or running the fan, if abnormal phenomena are found, they should be checked immediately, and the causes of small faults found by inspection should be found out in time and tried to eliminate them. If a large fault is found (such as severe vibration of the fan, impact, bearing temperature rise, etc.), it should be stopped immediately for inspection.
 
One month after the first operation of the fan, the lubricating oil (or lipid) should be replaced again. In addition to the replacement after each disassembly and repair, the lubricating oil (or lipid) should be replaced once in 1 ~ 2 months under normal circumstances, and the lubricating oil (or lipid) can also be replaced according to the actual situation.
