Fan main shaft

 

⑴ There shall be no cracks, abrasion marks and damage at the spindle and neck. If there are abrasions and damage. If there are abrasion marks and damage, under the condition of not affecting the use, apply the group file to repair, and then use the oil soaked emery cloth or oil stone to polish smooth. Individual places of the shaft neck are injured, and the depth should not be greater than 0.05 ~ 0.10 mm. In the non-working face area of the shaft, individual local defects are allowed, but the depth must be within 1 ~ 1.5 mm. Sharp pits and edges must be removed to avoid stress concentration.

 

⑵ Cracks or surface cracks are not allowed at the step section of the shaft.

 

⑶ Wear of the surface of the shaft neck.

 

If the wear is not greater than 0.5 mm, grinding or turning can be carried out, and the method of repairing the sliding bearing can be used to compensate.

 

If the rolling bearing is used, according to the wear of the shaft neck surface, spray electroplating and other methods can be considered for repair, but the repaired shaft neck must meet the tolerance of the rolling bearing and the surface roughness is not lower than that.

 

The allowable bending value of the spindle should meet the following requirements:

 

(I) not more than 0.02 mm at the shaft neck;

 

(ⅱ) The maximum bending in the whole length should not exceed 0.05 mm (i.e. the runout should be 0.10 mm);

 

When the above requirements are exceeded, the "straight shaft" method can be used to correct, and a new shaft should be replaced.

3) Bearing housing (bearing box)


⑴ Bearing housing and plate should be closely connected, the level is placed on the main shaft measurement, longitudinal horizontal should not exceed 0.10/1000; The horizontal level is placed in the bearing box, and the horizontal level of the bearing box should not exceed 0.2/1000.

 

⑵ The bearing seat is not allowed to crack, non-bearing hole part of the crack, can be repaired, the use of polymer repair agent is a more safe way, but must choose high-strength repair agent, the use of the correct process.

 

⑶ The bearing housing of medium and small fans is often a whole box. At this time, the two bearing holes are located on the bearing box. At this time, the coaxiality deviation of the two holes should not exceed 0.02 mm.
