Installation of axial flow fan

B. The installation Angle of the blade shall be reviewed and corrected according to the provisions of the equipment technical documents, and the allowable deviation is ±2° and the nut of the fixed blade shall be locked; If it is necessary to remove the blade from the hub, it must be placed according to the mark to prevent the position disorder and swap to destroy the balance of the rotor; If the blade is damaged and needs to be replaced, it must be carried out according to the provisions of the equipment technical document.

C. The assembly of rotor and bearing shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the equipment technical documents; The connecting bolts of the rotor components of the fan are tightened according to the specified torque.

D. The gap between the impeller and the main air duct (or casing) should be evenly distributed, the installation Angle of the blade should be consistent, and meet the requirements of smooth operation in the same plane. The assembly of large axial flow fans should be carried out according to the provisions of the equipment technical documents.
