To ensure the operation effect of the centrifugal fan, there are four main points

First, environmental protection industrial centrifugal fans can be started at full pressure or step-down pressure, but when using full pressure start, we must ensure that the capacity of the grid is sufficient. Because the current at full voltage start-up is five to seven times the rated current, if the capacity of the grid is insufficient, it is necessary to use the form of buck start-up. This is a very important aspect, if the power grid is not sufficient to use full voltage start will certainly produce circuit failure.

Second, when the environmental protection industrial centrifugal fan is in the test run, we must carefully read the product manual, especially to check the circuit. Because when the centrifugal fan is in the test run, if there is a fault on the circuit, it will directly cause the fault of the fan.

Three, environmental protection industrial centrifugal fan in the test run, must not be less than two people. One person is to control the power situation, and one person to observe the operation of the fan. If there is an abnormal situation in the working process of the centrifugal fan, the fan must be stopped in time. Then check whether the fan is normal in all aspects of the data, when the inspection is completed, it takes at least five minutes to start again.

Fourth, even if the environmental protection centrifugal fan is in normal operation, it should also measure whether the input current of the fan is normal. If the test current exceeds the rated current, even if the fan is running, it should be stopped, and then measure all aspects of the data. Because there must be a reason for exceeding the rated current, it may affect the use effect of the fan.

The above four points can not only help the centrifugal fan to maintain a good operation effect, on the other hand, it can also realize the indirect protection of the centrifugal fan, prolong the service life, reduce the maintenance workload, but it does not mean that you can not do maintenance, regular maintenance or insist on.
