Composition and structure of centrifugal fans
1. Composition of the fan
The fan adopts single suction D type transmission structure, and the fan is connected with the motor by the coupling. The fan body is mainly composed of casing, air inlet, rotor group (impeller and spindle), bearing box, coupling and other parts.
In addition to the fan body, according to the needs of users, can also be equipped with a variety of external supporting, common: motor, regulating door, overall support, electric actuator, muffler and so on.
2. Introduction to the structure of the fan
The fan can be made into two types: from one end of the motor, such as the impeller rotates clockwise, called the clockwise cyclone, which is expressed as "clockwise"; Rotation in a counterclockwise direction is called an upwind machine, denoted by "inverse".
The outlet position of the fan is expressed by the outlet Angle of the casing: "forward" and "reverse" can be made into 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180°, 225° a total of six angles. Other special angles can also be made according to the user's requirements.
Repair and maintenance of the fan
Correct maintenance is an important guarantee for the safe and reliable operation of the fan and the improvement of the service life of the fan. Therefore, when using the fan, it must be paid enough attention.
1. Repair and maintenance of impeller
At the beginning of the impeller operation and all regular inspections, as long as there is a chance, it is necessary to check whether the impeller has cracks, wear, dust and other defects.
As long as possible, it is necessary to keep the impeller clean, and regularly brush the above dust and rust with wire brush, because with the extension of the running time, these dust can not be uniformly attached to the impeller, causing the impeller balance damage, and even cause the rotor vibration.
As long as the impeller is repaired, it needs to be balanced again. If available, balance can be performed in the field using a portable test balance instrument. All fastening bolts must be checked for tightness before balancing. Because the impeller has been operating in an unbalanced state for some time, these bolts may have become loose.
2. Maintenance of casing and intake chamber
In addition to regular inspection of the casing and intake room, whether there is serious wear and tear, remove serious dust accumulation, these parts can not carry out other special maintenance.
Regularly check whether all fastening bolts are fastened. For the fan with the fastening bolt part, press the butterfly spring on the bottom foot to the installation height specified in the drawing.
3. Maintenance of bearing department
Check the bearing lubricating oil supply often. If there is oil leakage in the box, you can tighten the bolt of the end cover a little. If this is not enough, you may have to change to a new sealing packing.
4. Maintenance of other supporting equipment
The maintenance of all the supporting equipment including motors, electric actuators, instruments, meters, etc., can be found in the respective operating instructions. These instructions are provided by the supporting manufacturers, and the manufacturer will provide these instructions to the users in random boxes.
5. Maintenance when the fan is out of use
When the fan is stopped in use, when the ambient temperature is lower than 5℃, the residual water of the equipment and pipelines should be discharged to avoid freezing the equipment and pipelines.
6. Maintenance work when the fan is parked and stored for a long time
(1) The surface of bearings and other main parts is coated with anti-rust oil to avoid corrosion.
(2) Every half month or so, the fan rotor should be manually moved to rotate the rotor for half a circle (180°), and the shaft end should be marked before moving, so that the original top point is located at the bottom after moving the rotor.
