Axial exhaust fan low noise high efficiency industrial axial flow fans bifurcated axial fanThe impeller of the axial flow fan is mounted on the main shaft, and the shaft of the fan is connected with the motor shaft through the intermediate shaft. The coupling between the shaft and the shaft is a balanced coupling, which can balance the error caused by the shaft deflection and axial deformation during operation. The CONNECTION OF the elastic coupling is tight, AND the spring pieces with correct tolerance are made of special high-grade spring steel. The spring pieces are arranged in pairs to enable the connecting parts to move freely in three directions. This coupling does not need lubrication, the fan operating temperature below 150℃ will not fail.
The supporting form of the rotating shaft of the axial flow fan is cantilever type, with radial bearings on the inlet side of the impeller, and no radial bearings on the intermediate shaft between the fan shaft and the motor shaft. There is a radial bearing at each end of the shaft of the motor. This cantilever structure eliminates the bearing on the outlet side of the rotor blade, which is conducive to the structural arrangement of the fan. But the bearing of cantilever structure is not in good condition, so the structure of double bearings should be used.
A supporting bearing is arranged on the main shaft of the inlet side of the impeller, which is placed in a box body, and the box body is installed in the lower half of the fan housing and fixed with bolts.
Two rows of supporting bearings are arranged at each end of the bearing box, and the form of supporting bearings is rolling bearings. Rolling bearing has the advantages of small starting friction resistance, small axial size, small bearing friction coefficient, easy maintenance and so on. However, the bearing capacity of rolling bearings is not large enough, and the bearing capacity of impact and vibration load is lower than that of sliding bearings. And sliding bearing radial size is small, can withstand impact vibration load, suitable for high speed, high load needs.
In the operation of the axial flow fan, there is a pressure difference between the inlet side and outlet side of the moving blade because the blade does work on the air flow to increase the energy of the air flow. This pressure difference points to the direction of the inverse air flow. Due to the pressure difference on the blade, the impeller produced axial thrust, so that the rotor to the inlet side channeling. To withstand the axial thrust on the impeller, a thrust bearing that can withstand axial thrust in both directions is arranged on the bearing box near the coupling end.
Radial bearings and thrust bearings are lubricated and cooled by lubricating oil. Lubricating oil and pressure oil are supplied by gear oil pump. There are 2 gear oil pumps, one of which is spare. When the oil pipe pressure decreases, the spare oil pump can be automatically started and put into operation through the pressure switch. The pressure oil supplied by the oil pump is sent to the servo valve (hydraulic cylinder and moving blade regulating mechanism) one way, and the other way is sent to the main bearing of the fan for lubrication. When the moving leaf is not adjusted, the oil is sent to the bearing by the constant pressure regulating valve. When adjusting the rotor blade, due to the action of the constant pressure valve, the oil automatically flows to the hydraulic cylinder to ensure that the rotor blade can adjust smoothly. Adjust the set oil pressure of the safety valve at the outlet of the oil pump to limit the highest pressure of the oil pump; Adjust the constant pressure valve to limit the highest inlet pressure of the hydraulic cylinder; Adjust the safety valve on the tubing before the full bearing to limit the pressure of lubricating oil into the main bearing.
