 Cement kiln cylinder cooling fan features 
(1) High efficiency and energy saving: the fan is based on the theory of quasi-ternary flow, with the help of CAD system software, through multi-objective optimization design, to achieve the best matching of each parameter size. Because the impeller is a mixed flow structure, it aggregates the advantages of centrifugal and axial flow fans, and has the characteristics of large flow rate than centrifugal fan, high pressure than axial flow fan, wide operating area, high efficiency and energy saving.
(2) Compact structure: small occupation space, convenient installation and transportation, stable and reliable operation. The fan adopts a direct motor, segmented structure design, in the case of the same air volume and wind pressure, the volume is smaller than the centrifugal fan and the axial fan, so the installation and maintenance are convenient. The fan has done mechanical operation test before leaving the factory, so the operation is stable and reliable.
(3) Low noise: the fan has the characteristics of smooth airflow, high efficiency and low noise due to the optimized matching design of impeller and casing computer. Under the condition of unit wind pressure and air volume, the sound level can be reduced by 2-3dB(A) compared with A, and higher air volume and wind pressure can be obtained at lower speed.
(4) Easy to move: because the fan is installed on the frame with a roller, it is easy to move and can be cooled on demand.
