Useful of fan 9-19/ 9-26 high pressure centrifugal blower centrifugal fans:

 

9-19, 9-26 type high pressure centrifugal fan, generally used for forging furnace and high pressure forced ventilation, can also be used to transport materials, air and non-corrosive, non-spontaneous combustion, non-explosive, non-volatile, non-viscous substances of gas. The temperature of the medium generally does not exceed 50 ° C, the highest does not exceed 80 ° C, and the dust and hard particles contained in the medium are not more than 150mg/m3.

 

2. Type of fan


1) This fan is a single inhalation, usually with № 4, 4.5, 5, 5.6, 6.3, 7.1, 8, 9, 10, 11.2, 12.5, 14, 16, a total of 13 machine numbers.
2) The fan is usually made of two types: right rotation and left rotation.
3) The outlet position of the fan is represented by the outlet Angle of the shell, and the "left" and "right" fan shells are made of 0 degrees, 45 degrees, 90 degrees, 135 degrees, 180 degrees and 225 degrees.

 

3. Structure of the fan


The fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet and support.


1) Impeller: 9-19 type fan has 12 blades, 9-26 type fan has 16 blades, both belong to forward bending type. The highest circumferential speed of the outer edge of the impeller diffuser shall not exceed 140m/s. After the impeller is formed, the static and dynamic balance are corrected, so the operation is stable.
2) Shell: welded into a cochlear shell with ordinary steel plate.
3) Air inlet: it is made into an overall structure of collecting streamline and fixed on the front cover plate with bolts.
4) Transmission group: composed of spindle, bearing box, coupling, etc. The main shaft is made of high quality steel and the overall structure of the bearing box. Using rolling bearings, rolling bearings, lubricated with grease.

 

Installation, commissioning and operation

 

Before installation, the installation materials and tools should be prepared first, and the mechanical parts of each part of the fan should be inspected, the impeller, spindle and bearing should be especially carefully inspected, if the damage is found, it should be repaired, and then the inside of the bearing box should be cleaned with kerosene.


The following points must be noted in the process of installation operation:

 

  • In some joint surfaces, in order to prevent rust and reduce disassembly difficulties, grease or oil should be coated.
  •  When the bolt on the joint surface, if there is a positioning pin, the pin should be put on first, and then tighten the bolt.
  •  Check the inside of the casing and other casing, and there should be no tools and debris dropped and left behind.

 

(I) Installation requirements


1. Install according to the position and size shown in the drawing. In order to obtain high efficiency, especially ensure the gap size between the air inlet and the impeller.

 

2. Ensure the horizontal position of the spindle, and measure the concentricity of the spindle and the motor shaft and the non-parallelism of the two ends of the coupling. The non-parallelism tolerance of two axes is 0.05mm, and the non-parallelism tolerance of two end faces of the coupling is 0.05mm.


3. When installing the regulating door, be careful not to install the reverse, and ensure that the inlet direction is consistent with the rotation direction of the impeller.

 

4. After the fan is installed, pull out the rotor and check whether there is too tight or collision with the fixed part.

 

5. When installing the inlet and outlet pipes of the fan, the weight should not be added to the casing.

 

6. After all installation, the test can only be run after the general inspection is qualified.

 

(2) Test operation of high pressure centrifugal fan

 

  • The test rotation of the fan should be carried out without load (close the inlet pipe gate or regulating door).
  • If the operation is good, it will be transferred to the operation under full load (specified full pressure and flow).
  • Run at full load, no less than 2 hours for the newly installed fan and no less than half an hour for the repaired installed fan.

 

(iii) Operation of high-pressure centrifugal fan


1. Before starting the fan, the following preparations should be made:
① Close the regulating door.

② Check the gap size of each part of the fan, and whether there is a collision and friction between the rotating part and the fixed part.

③ The coupling should be protected.

④ Check whether the oil level of the bearing is between the highest and lowest oil level.

⑤ Check whether the electrical circuit and instrument are correct.

⑥ Check whether the cooling part is normal.

 

2. After starting the fan, gradually open the regulating door to reach the normal working condition. During operation, the temperature rise of the bearing shall not exceed 40℃ of the ambient temperature, and the root mean square vibration velocity value of the bearing part shall not be greater than 6.3mm/s.


3. Under the following circumstances, emergency stop must be made:

① the fan is found to have severe noise;

② The temperature of the bearing rises sharply;

③ The fan has severe vibration and impact.
