Operation and use of heavy duty centrifugal fans


(1) After the test operation of the heavy duty centrifugal fans is qualified, the surface of the heavy duty centrifugal fans shell should be wrapped with a heat insulation layer and the use of insulation materials, so as to reduce the heat transmission outside the shell and protect the safety of the bearing. Moreover, the thickness of the insulation layer should be well controlled, and it should also be convenient for maintenance and disassembly.

 

(2) The oil supply, vibration and temperature of the bearing should be checked frequently, so that the fan can operate normally.

 

(3) When the large centrifugal fan has just begun to work, the vibration of the bearing part is very small, but with the increase of the use time, the vibration will gradually increase. Once the maximum limit of the fan is reached, it is necessary to stop the machine for repair. Otherwise, if you continue to use it, there will be problems, hazards, and damage to the fan.

(1) Normal parking
