(1) Basic examination
Before starting installation and assembly, check the foundation to ensure that it is related to the height required by the general drawing. The position of anchor bolt is consistent.

Check the height required for secondary grouting.

Check the platform related data.

Centerlines were marked on the platform and base.

If the foundation is qualified, the anchor bolts shall be positioned in the anchor bolt pit as shown in the general drawing. It is essential that the anchor bolts are placed correctly and vertically in them.
Do not grouting at this stage.

All surfaces to be grouting should be free of oil, grease and dirt.

Prepare steel sheets approximately 100mm wide and at least as long as the width of the grounding for bearing alignment.

(2) Anchor bolt grouting

These procedures should be used during the installation of the fan and its ancillary equipment, and any non-shrinkage grouting material can be used.

Check that equipment is ready for alignment before grouting.

In order to better fill the slurry into the pit of the anchor bolt, it is recommended that the steel pad be removed first, and if necessary, the equipment can be slightly lifted to remove the gasket.

Fill the base hole of the ground to the level of the top of the platform to ensure the filling.

After the slurry is firm, put the gasket back in place as close as possible to the anchor bolts to ensure that they are firmly placed in the concrete.

After checking that the alignment of the equipment is not damaged, tighten the anchor bolt, and be careful not to deform the base when tightening the anchor bolt.

Do not groute the bottom foot of the equipment at this stage, and the bottom foot grouting is done after the installation is completed.
