Maintenance of centrifugal fan
1. Maintenance of impeller
When repairing the impeller, use calipers, thickness gauges and other measuring tools to check its wear. If the local wear of the blade exceeds 1/3 of the original thickness, the blade should be welded or excavated. If more than 1/2 of the original thickness, the new impeller should be replaced. If there are cracks in the impeller welds, the welds need to be removed and welded again. The welding rod performance and impeller steel should be adapted.
2. Impeller and hub
Check the combination of impeller and hub. The impeller of small centrifugal fan is connected with the hub by rivets. If 1/3 of the impeller is worn, new rivets should be replaced. The shaft and hub of the large fan form the whole, and its hub has been heat-mounted on the shaft.
3. crankshaft
The bending degree of the machine shaft shall not be greater than 0.10mm, and the whole shaft shall not be greater than 0.2mm. It must be straightened or replaced when it exceeds. The level of the shaft is tested with a precision level instrument, and the requirement is ≤0.1mm. Shaft shall not have cracks, if found, must be replaced (inspection test during maintenance).
4. Bearing pad and shaft diameter
Check the matching gap between the bearing pad and the shaft neck with a stopper. The radial gap is generally 1% to 3% of the diameter of the shaft, or selected according to the specified value of the manufacturer, and refer to Table 4-1 when there is no regulation.
The bearing pad and the neck shoulder should be left with a certain axial gap. The thrust clearance of thrust bearing is generally 0.3~0.4 mm. The expansion gap of the bearing is calculated according to Equation (3-1). Check the contact surface and contact Angle of the shaft neck and bearing pad by color printing. The contact surface is 80% of the bearing surface area, and no less than one point per square centimeter, and the contact Angle is 60°-75°.
5. Adjustable guide (baffle)
The adjustable guiding device should be flexible and clear, and there should be a limit to open and close the head. Special attention should be paid to the direction of the guide plate when it is opened so that the rotation direction of the air flow is consistent with the rotation direction of the impeller. If the baffles wear more than 2/3 of the original thickness, they must be replaced; When the baffle shaft is worn more than 1/3 of the original diameter, it must be replaced, and the gap between the baffles of the guide is 2 to 5mm. The crutch arm and the small shaft of the outer circle are detachable connections, and must not be welded dead. The flange connection is tight without leakage.
6. The wind shell should be complete and tight
The inner protective plate should be replaced when the wear exceeds 2/3 of the original thickness. The bolting plate should be complete and firm, and the clearance between the casing and the rotor should meet the requirements of the equipment. Generally, the clearance between the front wheel of the impeller and the wind case is 40~50mm, and the clearance between the wind case and the shaft is 2~3mm.
